Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo tail light problems?

The right tail lights everything works fine. The left works sometimes but others they dont. The main problem is that the turn signal always works but the reverse, running, and brakes lights dont. The bulbs seem to be fine and none are burnt out..... What is wrong?
