Could i go into the army?

I'm a girl. I want to go into the army as an artillery observer, you spy on the artillery or some thing like that. problem is I have like bright blonde hair Lmao, everyone saying that I will HAVE to die it but I really dont want to. I will be willing if I have to though Im no going to be pethetic about it. Its like bleached really blonde even though my hair is naturally pale blonde. Sounds like such girly question aha but I jst want to know cuz I will need t know if I have to die it brown like everyone says I will:/ meh.
