Wrangler year 2000 doesnt start?

i have a 2000 jeep wrangler 2.5L engine. i get a p0340 code and p1931 i replaced both crank shaft and cam position sensors and it didnot fix the problem. The jeep will not start only occationaly if i crank it many times
