Atheists: God created you PERFECTLY as you are, but why did you take a wrong detour away from Him?

Humans are far from perfect, even if you limit it to just biology. If we were perfectly designed why can we choke? It would have been a better design to have our esophagus and trachea attached to the same place? Also, why do we have the appendix, an organ that no longer has a function?
