Is God an observer only?

Pluto, if you think God is only an observer, its only because you are too far out on the circuits in our Solar system to see what is really going on in it. If you were the closer to the light, so also would you feel more its warmth. Instead, it might be arguable among many observers that you are nothing but a big chunk of ice floating around in space.
